Love all y'all

Pretty good week I would have to say. Yes Dad our teaching pool has run just a little dryer than I would probably like, but we picked up 4 new investigators this week, so hopefully something will happen there. Sorry to hear about the election, but sounded like it was a good ride. Good to hear Utah is rolling again, what are the odds Utah gets to play Boise in Vegas again, now that they may not get the BCS birth. I realized I forgot to mention about the Halloween Package. It came on Halloween, but we left for Hilo before the mail came, and it was too big to go in the package boxes, so I had to wait until Tuesday morning to get it. It was awesome though, thanks so much! For Christmas though you probably want to just sent it to the mission office, since transfers are December 14th and I assume I am leaving sadly. Sounds like you are getting hit pretty hard with the Snow, probably is an advantage to play UCLA in Snow, but anyway. I'm not going to say I miss the snow because I don't. It does feel weird being half way through November and it is still 80 degrees. I guess I will get to see what a green Christmas is really like.
Monday we just had usual P-day in Hilo. We had dinner with sis Fujikawa. She lives in Kea'au ward, but she grew up in Na'alehu and her family still lives down here so she is always super nice to feed us. She has a daughter in Kearns serving a mission right now. I think she said she thought about telling you "I live 30 miles from you son and took a picture with him, now you live 30 miles from my daughter go take a picture with her" ;) I thought that was kinda clever. Its kinda interesting how different Hawaii and Utah missions are. Our zone covers 80 miles Ocean View to Hilo, and Ka'u area covers about 40. Compared to the area our ward is in back home covers like 5 miles and 9 wards ha ha. She is really good to us though! It is nice to have Elder Copier to eat with too, so I'm not the last one eating all the time ha ha.
Tuesday was business as usual District meeting, than we finally caught Bill and Winona home. They had mentioned they were moving to Hilo soon, and we were scared they had already moved. We taught of Prophets, and at the end Bill asked us " What is Faith" We read Ether 12:6 with him and the spirit really came strong. We had dinner at Toafa's house. They had been on the Mainland for 3 weeks for business, so it was good to have them back in the ward again.
Wednesday we found 3 Investigators which was way cool. 2 are a couple that have heard a little about the Book of Mormon, and they love American History, especial the part before Columbus came, so it kind of sounds like that is their main interest right now, but hopefully the spirit will touch their hearts as they read and know the doctrine is true. The other was an old guy in a house on a dirt road. He seemed to know a lot I think he lived in Utah somewhere for a little while and has some older relatives who were members so we will see. Naboa's fed us well as always. I'm sure going to miss them when I leave.

Thursday was pretty good we talked got a few referrals from members which was cool. We couldn't count them as new investigators because we don't have a return appointment with them yet, but it was still good to teach them.

Friday we was crazy! The power was out in the area for pretty much the whole night. It kinda shut down the work since it gets dark around 5:30 and if there is no light we can't really do much. L&L was still open though so we ended up going there for dinner and called it a night.

Saturday we taught Pule. His family has been going through a rough time. So it was good to get back in touch will him. We did some service for a family moving to Texas on Friday. It will be sad to see them go, but it is for the better.

Sunday was good. We taught 5 lessons to get to 21 for the week :) I thought that was a good cap for the week. Supposedly we are getting a ward mission leader this week so that will be nice. I have learned a lot for sure while teaching gospel principles the last 12 weeks. Dinner at Bishop Oyama's house was good as well. It reminds me of Sunday dinner back home.

Thanks for all your letters. Its always good to hear from you. I hope you guys have fun in Oahu this coming up week. Natalie I hope you don't fee left out! I bought you a few things for your birthday that I am going to send this week. Happy Birthday tomorrow. Jake asked about Christmas wishes. I wouldn't mind  having a Samoan English dictionary or possibly an LSU national Championship Shirt ;) ha has but I don't really think I need much. I cant think of anything to really send to me from Oahu but thanks. I talked to Elder Brown yesterday. He replaced Bleazard in Keei. He mentioned how much he loved the food at the Kaneohe Tripp's house ha ha just thought i would pass that on. I love you guys and Aloha!
