Once again it is time

Hey all,

Once again its Monday over here in Hawaii. Time has slipped by once again. Only a few more emails. Crazy stuff. Anyway hope everyone's Easter was great. Glad T pang made home this week, I'm sure it was a good talk, anyway ya it was good to finally see George Kimi and all the kids. Everyone is so grown up. Austin was in kinda a downer mood I told him to go out for a pass and he just moped out there with his head down and arms by his side, I thought it was pretty funny, anyway we also had an Easter fireside last night that Kimi and Elise came too so that was cool. Other than that not a huge flow of action although we are looking at 12 baptisms in April for our wards so that will be super solid if all goes through. Currently we have 8 scheduled not sure how solid 4 of them are so we will see.

So Tuesday was a quick day, We had a good lesson with Alberttar we have been working with him on getting married, and it didn't go through in March but we are working on April. That afternoon we headed to visit some less actives and then ran around a bit helping some ward members with service.

Wednesday was rainy, and I was on exchange over in the 1st ward. Nothing too crazy. I was hanging with Elder Johnston for the day. Things were pretty wet, and I think we only taught 2 lessons for the day, but it worked. That night we went to dinner at Ruby Tuesdays with a member so that was a treat. That night we had a conference call with President Dalton, which went good.

Thursday I was back with Elders Ludoico and Viliko. Elder Villilko had his last physical Therapy for his knee so we headed into town. I got your package Mom and we appreciated it. It would have been sent to our address here in Kaneohe, but since we were down there we picked it up. I have our address, but I don't have it with me. Ill see if I can't send it out later today. Anyway after running errands and what not we made it back to Kaneohe around 4 and made a couple quick visits including 2 new investigators to have dates for baptism so that was exciting. Thursday night we headed down to do a missionary Fireside for Youth conference.

Friday I headed up to Kahuluu for another exchange, I went with Elder Mendoza from the Philippines. It was fairly short since we had district leader meeting in the morning and had a baptism to attend in Waimanalo as well as we had dinner with the Youth Conference so that made our day pretty regular. It was fun though

Saturday of course was Easter party galore. We headed out to a baptism in the morning and then that's when we headed up to Kaneohe 2nd's party. There ward sure always make me feel welcome and instantly became on the hunt for Cole and the gang as soon as we showed up. That was fun. Everyone seemed to recognize me except for Cole, who seemed a little unsure, anyway he would at least sit by me for some and brought me a football a couple of times. That night we had a few more Easter flings and then called it a night.

Yesterday was fairly crazy. I stayed for all the the singles branch meetings while Elder Viliko went to the Tongan ward. Apparently they have a family of 4 ready to be baptized and since they currently have no missionaries we are taking them in. Elder Ludovico headed to the 3rd ward so we were all in different buildings. We had an investigator who couldn't make the singles branch but could come to Kahaluu ward at 3 so I stayed and we all met back up at 4 after Kahaluu sacrament. Crazy, after that we headed to dinner and made it back to Church for the fireside. It was a long but great and spirit filled day.

I Love you all, Crazy about Wichita getting it done. The Library looks good Looks like a great spot to put the statue of Jake in front of. ;) Can't wait to hear from you all again. Love you. I know Christ lives. ALOHA

Love, Elder Tripp
